We are a small but dedicated team who are passionate, friendly and community-driven. The Garnsychan Partnership staff team brings together over 30 years of experience in community support, development and service delivery.
Based at our Community Hub and Recycling Centre, we are dedicated to making a positive difference across North Torfaen. With a shared passion for supporting others, we work together to help build resilience, improve wellbeing and encourage healthier lifestyles within our communities.

Our Staff Structure
Our team brings a wide range of skills and experience, with everyone playing an important role in the delivery of our services:
 

Kate Phillips – Manager: Oversees the overall management and delivery of the organisation and its services.

Gemma Burton – Project Officer: Supports the development and delivery of projects and community initiatives.

Rachel Laskari – Finance: Manages the organisation's financial administration and processes.

Richard Shaw – Youth and Volunteer Lead: Leads our youth and volunteer activities, supporting engagement and development opportunities.

Ellie Harper & Kayla Harper – Administration and Retail: Provide essential administrative and retail support to the centre and its services.

Adrian Edwards – Van Driver: Supports the collection and transportation services across our projects.

Shaun Dancy – Van Driver Assistant: Assists with collections and deliveries, helping to ensure our services run smoothly.
